Hop Stop Farm was established in 2014 by Doug and Deborah Clayton with the vision of providing craft brewers with fresh local hops. We started with 60 plants which has now grown to over 4000 plants covering a whopping 5 acres! Additionally, we are propagating heirloom hops that have been growing in Pennsylvania for multiple generations. Our farm houses a processing facility for picking, drying, pelletizing, and packaging hops for us and other local growers. This onsite set up helps us provide brewers with the freshest hops possible so they can brew amazing and unique craft beers!
